I bought my vostro 1520 laptop 6 mths ago from chandigarh. since then i am unable to charge my battery while my laptop on.. battery charges only when i am not using my laptop. while using laptop i have to remove my battery and connect to charger to work.. i previously also complainted for the same but no response. kindly see into this matter and consider replacement of my laptop as the problem is from the first day... my laptops service tag no is 3TCQ3BS.
