Name typed wrong in ID Card

Good evening Sir,

My name is G.Koteswara rao. I got Election Card. I my card my name typed wrongly. Instead of Gorrepati. Koteswara rao you typed my name as Gorrepati. Koteshwara rao. Only h word is excess in my name. Due to this i am facing so Many problems. My Pan Card application denied due to this issue. Please advice me on this issue.
