My charger stopped working. So i called dell support system and the guy asked me to run some tests and systems stopped working after couple of days. when i called them again they wanted to said they are escalating my complain to higher management and will call me next morning around 9 am. There was no call till 1 PM when i called them they say they willl call within next 48 hours. Is there any email ID where i can escalate this issue..
I am really frustated with the service. Not going to recommend Dell to anyone.
