Wifi connectivity gets lost after every 2-3 min

Sir, i have bought a dell laptop just 2 months back and since then wifi connectivity problem is there.

now they are saying that that's not our problem its an environmental problem and thereby they are hiding themselves from their responsibilities.

they are not ready to replace my system.
