CLOCK BATTERY PROBLEM (SERVICE NOT PROVIDE)

Dear Sir,

I have purchase laptoIp Dell Laptop AW-33 (Blue), SH-6YTZ4BS from popular tech media (I) pvt ltd Add:204, zone 2, M.P nagar bhopal phone:0755-2557132, 2555022. and my invoice no is 2670 as on dated 21/06.

My Laptop clock battery is not work properly I have share the problem with service centre but service centre not provide solution form last 6 month, his check and saying laptop is ok but problem is same,

kindly provide the positive solution for face the problem.
