Their database shows that my warranty has expired when I only recently purchased a warranty! This leaves me with a non- functioning laptop and all because they havnt updated their database!
The managers are unsympathetic to my cause.
I have been calling up Dell for 2-3 months now... having wasted a small fortune and a nice chunk of my time.
This is the worst kind of service ever.
I would ask anyone i ever meet to NEVER buy dell.
