I Am from Hyderabad (AndhraPradesh) Purchased a Dell Laptop from a Dell Outlet In Secenderabad The Shope person charged More price that the Actual Price & the features what is said are also not up to the mark

The price & model links are belo mentioned For the actuall Price But due to competation in market another vendors were ready to deliver me the same pice at 38000/- and some are ready fro 37000/- including what he gave me right now for 39500/- the vendor is telling all stories.how should i get back my extra amount I have Bill for 39500/-

plzzz suggest my right to take action aganist the vendor.
