Not received the gift

I have purchased one Dell, vostro laptop in the month of January at Vadodara from Computer Peripheral Services, (CPS) Vadodara, In purchase scheme they have given me the voucher of gift of Reebok Wrist watch to be collected from Innovative & Incentives Pvt Ltd. I have sent the coupon/voucher to your company at 18.02. till today i havent received the gift.
