Dear Sir,
I am facing problem regularly with my laptop which is purchased recently not more than 3 months. In between it is hanging touchpad is not working properly. I contacted to technical repre. Zaffer but each time he send me steps to resolve problem but still it is not resolved. From one week i am in touch with him but i am not satisfied with his response.
Inspite of resolving he is telling you will have to do it own. If i have to do all steps by own why should i go for DELL.I never prefer such type of service in which at the time of purchase you inform home service warranty but at the time of problem you tell us to do this.
Plz resolve my issue soon.
