Service warranty

I purchased my laptop warranty from Dell computers since the laptop was of a Dell brand.

when I ask for service Dell is unable to provide the service.

When I asked to refund my money they are ready to refund and said we raised the refund now it is about one month passed, I do not get my refund of Rs. 14400.
