I have purchased a laptop one month back and just the next day it got crashed. I have been complaining continuously but the Dell executives keep my phone on hold every time for more than 25min. Then the phone get cancelled on it's ownl. No call back ever has been arranged ever. Nobody till today ie. 8 th dec has even come to collect the laptop also.
PATHETIC SERVICE provided by Dell. I had never expected this kind of a behavior from their staff and company people.
I would now suggest everyone not to buy Dell computers.
If I don't get a replacement in next 10 days I am gonna go to consumer forum now as I have instantly within 5 min. Swiped my credit card to buy the laptop.
TAKE THIS AS HIGH PRIORITY OR ELSE DELL IS GONNA HAVE A BALL OF A TIME
