PORT NOT WORKING

Dear Sir,

I had purchased DELL laptop on 19-01, But when we are connecting its port to an LCD, That LCD output is not showing clearly and its colours are also not showing in normal mode. When we connect the same LCD to another laptop it is working clearly.

The same LCD when connected to our new laptop it is not showing clear picture. Our service tag is 7RST7BS.

So we request you to please do the needful in this case as early as possible. As we are using this for our office purpose, it is very urgent for us.
