NOT PROPER ANSWERING TO COMPLAIN

Dear Sir,

As per my last discussion regarding problem in Laptop (10/08), customer care executive suggested me to go service centre in pune for further assistance. I went their and kept laptop one week over there when i came back to home and worked on laptop upto 2hrs again the problem was started and right now i am facing this problem very critically.

As service eng.told me that we have changed your hard disc and DVD writer. Can you tell me how can i know if they have change on not?

I am facing this problem again and again now what should i do?

As per your warranty policy (my laptop is in warranty) if any problem in parts then you people will send eng, to home for solving that one. As we know that i am facing this problem due to badly functioning of my parts. So i am liable for on-site warranty.

Dell people not responding my question any how. I have written numers of mails and call to customer but still they people not answering me..

Please help me..
