Dell Laptop
Formatted without notice

I bought Dell Laptop few months ago, I had a problem with 1 of the USB portal, its not reading when I try with my pen drive, I went to authorised Dell laptop service center, they have formatted my laptop without notice, now I lost free trial usage of McAfee anti virus valild for 1 year, now I am pushed to buy a new anti virus software which cost about Rs 2, 500, not only that many software are an all lost...!!!

The worst service I have faced with DELL...!!!
