USB PORT NOT RESPONDING

I had purchase Dell Laptop (Dell Inspiron 2.53/13/3/320/WIN7/RED from M/S. BBC Computers Industries (Regd) Ambphalla Chowk Jammu Vide Invoice NoL 051 dated: 12-05. Sir my laptops, one USB port is not functioning & my one year free antivirous (Macfree) has already expired.
