It is a matter of great concern that on dated 03.01. I have purchased your Laptop (Tag No. BGC1BR1) vide Invoice No. : 3823 dated 03.01.2012 from M/S Achates System, Bishan Saroop Colony, Panipat, Haryana, India.
Sorry to mention that within a period of one month, it has failed to give satisfactory service. Whenever, any key of the “Key board” is pressed, it makes a noise (From speaker side) hence difficulty to use.
Under the above circumstances, I would prefer to get its replacement with a new Laptop instead of repairing it to avoid any problem in future. This kind of service will maintain the creditability of your concern for which is known in the market.
I hope you will take an early action in the matter so that my grievance is resolved at the earliest.
