DELL LAPTOP(INSPIRON)
ONE KEY IS NOT WORKING AND PROCESSING SPEED IS VERY VERY LOW EVEN 3GB RAM

I purchase a laptop 6 months before. my laptop processing speed is very very low even 3GB RAM.my hard disc is 320GB am using only 50GB.In my laptop keypad one of the key is not working properly.am going to the retailer this issue is not covered this warrenty. you pay rs.6500 this type of issue is covered.what am telling is at the time of purchase they said that one year full warranty. But now they said this type of answers.
