SIR, Myslf Rachana Singh, a resident of Jabaplur, purchased a Laptop of Dell comany on 7th of May from SILICON SYSTEMS, NEAR KRISHNA HOTEL COMPLEX, OPP.RANI DURGAVATI MUSIUM, NAPIER TOWN JABALPUR.From the day of purchasing so many problems occured. After complaining several times the problems couldn't be resolved. As per the vendor's suggestion I talked 2 Dell Comany. The comany sent the engineer but all was in a vain. So I gave it back to the vender as he suggested if the LAPTOP will be given back, he'll refund the money to me within 25 days. Sir before that the compny gave 25 days to REFUND the Money. But until now nothing is proceeded neither the company nor the vendor. Almost 4.5months completed. Now the vendor says if the money'll be given by the company then only he'll REFUND.Sir I'm suffering a lot and always talking to the Vendor as I've purchased from him.
