I have placed an order on 25th August for a Inspiron 15R (N5010) Direct Base Laptop with Targus Top Load Bag. I did receive the Laptop but did not receive the Laptop bag. for which I have paid Rs. 800/- in advance. On inquiry, the sales department (Mrs Sona Sundaram) said that they have forgot to deliver the Laptop Bag. After waiting for 1 month I have demanded refund of Rs. 800/- which I have paid for Laptop Bag. Mrs. Sona Sundaram since then continued giving me false promises that she will issue the cheque of Rs. 800/- in favor of JAYESH SHARMA at the earliest. 13 months has been passed by. I have neither received the Laptop Bag nor refund of Rs. 800/-.
Currently this is the case with the Sales and After sales service Team of Dell Laptop Co.
Its because of sales team member like - Sona Sundaram, the Company's name is getting into the bad books for just Rs. 800/-
I am sure that she had taken an undue advantage of this dealing and has made some Personal Profit by taking Rs. 800/- out of my payment.
Rs. 800/- per order, you all can imagine what amount she will be taking at home apart from her monthly fix salary...
