I had purchsed a Dell Studio Laptop in May. Within 2 months of its use, the keybaord is not functioning properly and the mouse is also not working.
I had brought the same to the notice of Dell in Augsut however only response i am getting is that it will be rectified soon.
I am a student and currently studying at XLRI Jamshedpur. This is hampering my studies (Laptop is used frequently). Needless to say, the laptop is under UNIT REPLACEMENT Warranty.
