Small breakage on the hinge edge

I am from vizianagaram, andhra pradesh..i study in dehradun..my laptop is broken at the hinge as it fell down on the ground..laptop is working normally and there is no internal damage.only the external finish is broken and i want to change it... what is the procedure to be followed and the exact cost..im leaving for dehradun on 15 ..so can i get back my laptop before that? i want a reply soon.
