Sound chip on motherboard not working

my name is sonu gulia, i bought a CPU of intel from district centre, tilak nagar, delhi. before warranty period is over the sound chip or something else has gone wrong with the motherboard. it does not give any volume, speakersor when the windows start, please rectify the problem. or tell me where to get it for repairs. ph no.01251693538..address krishan s/o dharam singh vpo. jahangir pur
