I had booked a laptop vide customer order no:840669471 on 23rd May'2012.I was committed delivery in writing in seven working days. However soon I started getting calls from customer care informing me that it will take four weeks. Finally without any correpondence I was informed the laptop is not available and I was given a refund on 11th June'2012.So for all practical purposes Dell keeps the customer's money for weeks and then returns the same without an apology. If they do this with 1000 customers all India every week, that is a neat package in interest that they get. A great idea to make a few extra bucks without any hassle.
