Problem willl not solving properly

Sir i am basavaraju.m, g, i taken one lap top dell vastro 1540 laptop, the problem will is that automatically shut down and this is 2nd time will occurring this problem.i gave servicing from last 40days.and the problem will again same.and the laptop is not an indian model, this is an import product.
