I bought dell laptop on 29 january so its warranty was expired on 29 jan I have bill also. I got some problem on laptop, I complain regarding this on 12 january. They listen and assured me to replace the part. Regarding problem I was in touch with mails with tech support officer. But it was more than 1 and half month, there was no reply from that tech support officer. I have all mail records also. But now dell are saying the warranty date is expired, now no replacement would be done. They told me that Why I didnt call them. But as I said earlier i was in touch with mail.
