I purchased dell vostro V 13 which is in onsite warranty till october. the products HDD failed twice, data recovery cost me huge, then the battery failed. in course of repair motherboard replaced thrice, HDD collapsed again and dell is not giving any responses since last 1 week.
The part replacement by dell is done using refurbished parts that collapse within few days. I am looking for the Contact details of there higher authorities and offices to launch a formal complaint. if anyone can provide the same I would really appreciate.
If this also does not serve the issue I will be burning the laptop with all hindu death rituals infront of the media people before dell office.
