Hi. I bought an XPS 15 L501X in February. It was customized with good specifications for heavy use programs. It worked fine for a month but then started giving me problems. It became terribly slow, and couldn't handle small softwares and hanged occasionally. Since then, the laptop has been serviced multiple times, and internal parts like hard drive were changed twice. Then when the problems persisted, i escalated the issue and they took the laptop to Bangalore for servicing and gave it after a month, without providing me with a backup. The Bangalore team said that there were no issues and gave it back. After a month from returning, my laptop crashed and they replaced the HD for the third time. Now even after that, my laptop slows down and hangs up frequently. It hangs sometimes even when its idle. I am fed up of contacting dell and getting no result.
Please help.
