Pirating a software is like stelling others goods... selling those products is like selling others... There are many sellers on ebay (ebay india, ebay.in) like mumbaiindians (shop name in ebay.in) and others were selling the pirated copies of many softwares such as games and etc legaly... this should be controled nor stoped..
