Sir,

I'm facing the broadband problem from many days, but this time I took a step to register my complain to Airtel. As I have my own business, I have to mail my friends and customers on a daily basis regarding my business transactions. I face great difficulties while mailing them or downloading files, my broadband systems runs at a very low speed and sometimes it doesn't respond at all and it turns totally dead, which creates a great problem in my business and to my social life too. I'm having Airtel Broadband Plan of Rs.799, which is an unlimited plan and having a speed of 512Mbps but it is not true because most of the time it remains at a speed of 256Mbps. When I went to your Airtel office at Salt Lake City Center, for a new connection they never ever told us that at a certain downloading limit your broadband speed will decrease and fall down from 512 - 256Mbps.

It is creating a major problem in my business and to my working life.. kindly solve my problem as quick as possible, which will help me a lot..
