Hello my name is priyanka and i am working in a well known IT company at Ahmedabad.

My company is not paying me salary of january.

can i take any legal action regarding this.?

even this IT company give salary to all employees after date 15 or 16 of every month.? i think its illegal.. isnt it??

please help me on this.
