I am Nishan Singh ex employee of FelixLabs before joining FelixLabs i was working as a web designer in Kindlebit at Panchkula..
After some day I got a call from consultant and she told me about Felixlabs. I took an interview and got selected. I had to join Felixlabs after some days. Mr Taveesh Singh CEO of Felixlabs called me to join
Felixlabs as soon as and he told me that we have allot of projects which are pending to complete. I joined Felixlabs on 3 September at 10:00 o'clock. I used to come at the proper time even I did not take any leave. I worked on 3-4 projects and finished them. Now i have to go foreign and I have already given an intimation to Mr. Taveesh that I want my relieving on 8 September. He was satisfy with me.
Finally I left the Felixlabs and I went to say good bye to Mr. Taveesh and he said me that you can collect your check on 12 September to come in Felixlabs. I come in Felixlabs at 12:00 and I saw he was not there. I waited for him and he come around 2:00 PM. When I expected my check then he said me that “Nishan I need to discuss with my CA”. Finally he asked me he will not give me the salary.
Please suggest me what can we do with these type of people..
