I had purchased an inkjet printer from Focuz computers last week. Before purchasing the same i enquired about their services with their executive and was satisfied with the same. After the installation process it is noticed that it is not working properly. I intimated the same with the branch manager who has been the charge of branch and the same time with their technical support team. The manager behaved me like a fool and told me that they are not responsible for such complaints and you should go and complaint with the HP customer care. I had the same experience with their customer support division also. At least from the customer point of view i expected some guidance in this regard. I had never come across these kind of irresponsible approach from a branded company whom we trust in their service. I like to share this bad experience with all my friends who are reading this and request to take a decision before visiting/purchasing computers and accessories from the company.
