I have launched this complaint on 22'Jan'11 and your Engineer took my both Ram's but it's been over the week and they are still unable to repair it.
The most bad thing about YOU DON'T CARE attitude of yours is when I called " Mr. Harinder Singh" in your call center and requested him to please hurry and install my RAM's as early as possible; I am really outsourced without my pc but there careless attitude is that he guided me to do a follow up with customer service center and promised me that it shall be resolved till Tuesday or Thursday but all your do not care attitude is such that it is still not resolved as yet and now they say it will be resolved on Monday. What is nonsense your executives are playing with customers???
Even I have written so many e-mails to you but there is still no response from your side, how careless you people are towards customer service.
Why can't they give the time frame so that customer does not have to wait for them???
Why do they give false assurances to customers when it is not in their limits to solve the complaint?
If HCL is taking full one week's time to solve one simple problem then why you say that customer is your first priorty??
What is the use of your warranty when same problem can be solved within a day in market??
Please solve my query today only or take your warranty back from me, you can keep the money as a donation for your fast service from me, I don't mind it.
After sending this above complaint I received an assurance and call from Mr. Pradeep Dhaiya on 28th Jan'11 and he assured me that it will be resolved before afternoon today i.e 29th but what a lousy attitude of all HCL executives; I received a call from from another executive just about few minutes ago and she said that Engineer could not resolved my issue today as he is having trouble with his bike and they want me to believe their such Lame Excuses. After denying her, I recieved a call from Mr. Pradeep Dhaiya and on his request I agreed to his Second commitment that it will be resolved tomorrow by 10 a.m.
Though I agreed to his commitment but as a customer of HCL products I cannot believe their lazy services that they are providing. Why do they want that customer should bear with all their excuses and their lazy services?
Pradeep Dhaiya ji; it is my most humble request to resolve the issue by 10 a.m tomorrow on 30th Jan'11, as you have promised me and I am still waiting for the e-mail that you promised I will received it today about your commitment.
