Problem in software installisatioon

Sir,

My computer is not supporting windows nd other software aplications, it is showing an errors at the time of installing. I recently changed its Hard disk but still it is not working..after booting, it is showing an error related to missing data and software problems. So, I m requesting you to send your engineers as soon as possible, so, that they can rectify the problem in it. My Machine serial no :- 8084AM070338 purchased on 30 sep 2008.
