1 I prem kumar pandey a combatant member of INDIAN AIR FORCE palam harassed/ and disappointed customer of HCL Product by the service center.
. 2 I have purchased a Laptop P-3838 Dual core 160 GB HDD and 1 GB RAM sl no –A094AX128880 vide warranty card no 41292 from By SSDN INFOSOLUTION G-7 Siddhartha Building- 96 Nehru place on 29/11. Vide bill no 3454
3 When I used after a week I came to know that one IGI game is not being supported by this laptop .and graphics which display this laptop is vanished nothing is visible I am enclosing graphics copy I have loaded Window 7 But in window 7 even typing tutor also not getting supported then I came to conclusion that there is some major and basic problem is there by this laptop I want to Bring to your attention toward service center response once we have reported just after a month to Green park by this problem Mr Sunil and so on service engineer has seen the problem and not even taken any action and made even the job card on first complain and they replied sir this board does not support which is cheaper than INTEL BOARD that’s why company is using this. They have returned me back even without making job sheet Again after some time on 23/10 I reported to service centre for this problem they replied sir use window -7 this will run I like to bring your kind attention that this board does not support to window-7 not only and the game but even typing tutor also does not except this board, only it support window xp os which is now being obsolete from market and by so many talk with engineer they taken my laptop and simply after a week on 29/10/10 changed the complete mother board vide job sheet no 1501018376 and given me back without testing because OS was unavailable was formatted I came back and checked by loading Os and found problem still Exist again I rang up to service centre on 30/10/10 and told him problem still persist by service center one lady replied me that sir this will run in only INTEL based mother board and moreover she told that sir you can complain against this.By this now I suffered a lot incurred lot of physical and mental harassment and monetary loss too. and came to the conclusion that I made a great mistake to buy a HCL product which write and paste a sticker on front panel INTEL PENTIUM INSIDE where as inside is something else which does not support a simple graphics one side he says that there is no comparison of this graphics NVIDIA which is worsen Mother board than INTEL.
4 And service center without knowing and analyzing the things they replaced simply mother board of my laptop which was not necessary. whereas this game runs in all other desktop and all other brand laptop less than this configuration even in P-4 which have Intel mother board I told service centre that can u give me in written she replies sir HAMARE SIR ABHI NAHIN HAIN WO SAAM KO AAYENGE TAB AAP PHONE KAR LENA OR I WILL RING UP YOU they have not given any response I asked to Mr. AMIT who also deals HCL product whose Phone no is 09818657468 regarding this problem sir what should I do, he replied sir the graphics which has been used in this is the king if graphics (which is only for name where reality is something else) and told me to go to the service center I replied I came back from service center by changing mother board in green park without any solution then they he says sir if u want to take enjoyment of game take a Rs100000/ laptop which will give you full satisfaction of game. this computer is not made for game purposes this high definition game will not run in this computer which runs in all other brand ex- Lenovo, Hp, Compaq, Acer, Dell etc and so many brands laptop as well as in desktop lower configuration than this laptop the game whom he says high definition is starting of three D graphics game which does not support this HCL Laptop Lot of other person who deals with HCL I have spoken to all of them all have diverted and misguided me in all other way without any solution Now I request you to take appropriate action against the accuse who is misreprenting and cheating to the innocent and valuable customer who has paid hard money by purchase this HCL Brand. I am enclosing all required evidence of said statement.
5 (HIGH FAILURE RATE) TWICE DVD WRITER HAS FAILED DURING SIX MONTH
Another complain job sheet no -1501018933 dtd 18/11 problem not yet resolved. And copies of complain given to Head customer services HCL Noida & Service Center green park no reply given by both yet.
i have send registered letter copy of my complain to head customer services noida as well, as service center green park vide registered letter no 4232 & 4233 dtd 08/11/10 but none of have given any response
6 several times rang up and given complain regarding this problem to customer care every time they assured that sir i will pass this message to higher authority you will get solution but till now no reply has been received.
