In every 10-15 days windows damaged and dvd drive fail to read

In every 10-15 days my laptops windows damaged and i have to intall new window which cost Rs 200. i am really depresed. and its cd drive fail to read which i allready get repaired by hcl after repairinr it again fail to read within 15 days. Rajnish 09201048327
