No response from any person for Computer complaints

I had Purchased a PC of HCL made from Mark Computer, Karol Bagh Delhi, PC S.No.8096A4019640 .

Problem: LAN is not working and auto shut down.

I had made complaint to HCL regional Support office Noida but they have told that my PC Serial number is not available in their Data Base so they are unable to receive my complaint, when i called to Supplier Mark Computer he instructed to call at Toll free number 18601800425, when called to this number one lady responded that your PC is not registered so get registered first from HCL office than complaint will be lodged, and off the call, again I called on this number then a man told that this your responsibility to register your PC for availing the warranty facility.

But there are not any response from from supplier or manufacturer side, Now gude me for any other responsible number from whom I can get my computer repaired and also where i can lodge case for warantee performance.
