WHEN THEY DELIVERED I FOUND MRP STICKER IS NOT ON PACKING AND SOLD ME 25% MORE PRICE. THEY FAIL TO DELIVER CLEARING KIT MORE THEN 2 MONTHS WHEN I ASKED STRONGLY MR.KULDEEP SINGH REPLYING WHY YOU WORRY, U R NOT USING PRESENTLY.
WHEN I TOLD TO REFUND FOR CLEANING KIT HE TOLD TILL 31ST MARCH'10 HE WILL RETURN BUT NOW 15TH APRIL'10 WHEN I ASKED WHAT TIME I SHOULD COME TO COLLECT REFUND HE IS GIVING EXCUSES AND WHEN I USED STRONG WORD HE REPLIED "WHATEVER U WANT U CAN DO". THIS IS HCL ATTITUDE IF YES ONLY GOD CAN SAVE HCL. NOW I NEED REFUND WITH MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION AND LOSS DUE TO NON DELIVERY OF ITEMS ON TIME.
