NO RESPONSE ON NO CAPS LOCK INDICATION

I would like to inform you that My "ME" series laptop HCL ME ICON 54 having S.NO.6104AE472476 do not have CAPSLOCK on off indicator. This is a area of concern as I am facing lot of problems while doing important functions like online banking, online trading, etc.

also note that same was informed to HCL customer care after sales service on 28.02.11 at 8.39 PM. the response was surprising saying few models are not having this facility and is not a area of concern.

I require immediate solution for the same Other wise same will be taken up at appropriate levels.

In my opinion you should call back above mentioned model and replace the same with capslock indication function added model of similar configuration.
