Sub – Complaint regarding non availability of printer’s spare parts.
Dear Sir,
I, Manu Arora, a resident of Haridwar want to bring an issue to your notice regarding the inconvenience I had been facing for the last 6 months due to the non-availability of the print heads for a HP printer I possess.
Sir, I bought a HP printer (Model: HP Officejet Pro L7380) on 28th july from Target Marketing, Haridwar in good condition. The printer ran well for a period of 2.5 years but 6 months earlier some problem aroused in its print heads and they got damaged. I made a complaint to the company service centre through Mr. Ajay, Proprietor, Target Marketing but after lot of conversation through mails and telephones, they told us that the print heads are not available anywhere.
Sir, I am an interior designer and a building contractor by profession and hence have a lot of printing work in my office. Due to the unavailability of the print heads I am facing a lot of inconvenience and my business is suffering in turn. I request you to kindly see to the issue and help me out as I am helpless after a lot of useless communication with your service centre and dealer. Please let me know if there is any possibility of any replacement is the print heads will not be available in future also. Waiting for your positive and early response.
