I am existing customer of hindustan unilever pure it water purifier as i am using from last one year. After purchasing it for some time the service was very good but as i odered the germ kill battery after six months the customer care person told me that i will get the battery in next 24 hours as i was expecting it in 24 hours ther was no response for next 8 days i called the customer care 3/4 times but they were just saying that i will get in 1/2 days but it didnt happen that way. At last the concerned person came after 8 days. He did the fitting for some time water was coming but suddenly after 2 days it stopped again i have to call the customer care and again the person came after 3 days he did something and said that it wont happen next time but again after 1 day it stopped. The next day someone called me from customer care to know whether i was satisfied when i told them the problem i am facing they said that my problem will be attended but again there was no response till date. So i have to regularly clean the filter. After sales service of hindustan unilever pure it is pathetic i will not recommend anyone to buy pure it
