My moniter takes more than 10minutes to turn ON the display even though sfter my cpu get started few minutes ago

i sathish bought an lg 700e moniter on 26/9, with the S.NO:-609NLJN018180,

My moniter is consuming 10minutes to turn on display, while my cpu is in ready state (ready with the loading of windows files & ready to use).this problem is since 2weeks... i will be expecting a quick solution from you...
