My misery started on 28th March when I, along with my family went to their store to get my Dell Vostro 1500's AC adapter repaired and buy a new compaq laptop as I had some urgent work in hand which had to be delivered in 3 days. The sales guy was very nice and attended us well. He showed us a list of laptops and we decided to buy one. The laptop carried a price of Rs. 34, 900 5% VAT. After some negotiation, he agreed to sell it to us for a price of 34, 900 including VAT. I took out cash to pay and then the guy said that the model was out of stock and offered us a laptop which according to him had same specs. However, he did not know that I have been in IT industry for 8 years and I knew that the model he was offering had a substandard Wifi. We left the store but gave them my Dell's AC adapter to fix.

I went to Noida and bought the same model (which Bhan Computers was offering for Rs. 34, 900) for Rs. 31, 000 including taxes. I, then realized that those guys overcharge so much. Anyways, I bought the laptop and went back to home. I got a call in evening that they would take Rs. 500 to fix the AC adapter and since I was in a fix and needed data from my old laptop, I agreed to pay that sum. I again got a call in an hour to collect the adapter. I went to their store and paid Rs. 500 and took the adapter. When I tested it out, it did not work. I went back to the store and ask them to fix it, they said that their service center was closed and my precious day was wasted. I argued with them for why they promised to fix it if they could not and if they understood that lakhs of Rupees were on stake and they wasted a day. Mr. Ajay Bhan, the owner very rudely asked his staff to take out the IC from adapter and return me my money. Mr. Bhan, seems like, do not have ethics to do the business. Wasted time could have cost us lakhs of rupees. Me and my brother spent whole night and took out the data from broken laptop and thank god that I could deliver all the work on time.

After two days, there was a new story. They said that AC adapter was just fine but I had problem in my laptop's board and quoted 4.5K to fix. Now these guys wasted 2 days to fix a problem which did not exist in first place. I took back my adapter and laptop from their store and left 500 bucks with them for their worthless efforts.

I, really warn you to think millions of times before you enter their store. They do not have ethics, fool innocent customers who do not have IT knowledge to make money.
