I purchased HP Laptop from kruthikenterprises -jeevan bhima nagar- bangalore on 01-01

and send cheque to HP Redemption Cell along with other docs to avail the LCD offer.

They deducted 9000/= on 06 Jan.

Since 30-March i didn't received LCD except they send me an email to wait (for how long?)

Below is the mail send by them

Claim Receipt Date: 04-Jan-10

The delivery of the gift would take 8 weeks from the date of claim receipt.
