Duplicate screen within warranty not being replaced

I got a new hp pavillion dv6AU in a hp fair during christmas (dec) and after 2 months the screen broke SUDDENLY and when checked with hp service centre (jayanagar) they say it cannot be replaced as its not hp screen its duplicate, when checked with the sponsorer they say it cannot be replaced, told them that its within warranty a brand new one and they told me to go to consumer forum and did not provide me any assistance

i got it from sycom technologies banashankari bangalore.

Please help me out to get a new screen. Please provide me justice. As the laptop is within warranty and moreover the screen is duplicate.
