Laptop having problems from purchasing date

i got my laptop from college side.model was hp compaq7400 business model.from the purchasing date there are no of problem coming,

1-display not working properly.

2-no of crack coming on body looking like a duplicate body.

3-motherboard having problems again and again.

many times i complaint to hp care center but they are not taking interest.
