Pathetic service by Hp

Response of a complaint logged in hp support is highly disappointing... even after passage of weeks they take no action... the most strange thing is the training being provided to hp engineers... maximum of the engineers are simply good for nothing... for each nd every step they require assistance of their seniors on ph. nd the most shocking part... on last visit of engineer while he was discussing the problem with the field head of the department, Mr. MUKESH, I heard him saying "give a damn to complaint dnt waste much time for a single complaint if you not able to diagnose it just simple demand for motherboard"... though it was being replaced four days ago.

Hp websites are more useful than their so called engineers and even their heads...

** on one of my past complaint in ' NOV. 09 ' regarding problem in' TFT ' ...Mr. ARIF who was engineer on visit din't even know the procedure to open the ' TFT ' and gave external defects, broke back side parts of it... speakers still not replaced after passage of 9 months (JULLY 10)...

** As the action of last call in "JUNE 10" of NO SOUND and SHADOW in TFT motherboard was replaced by MR. ASHISH, on the day of visit he took another call in between mine... and returned back after 5-6 hrs.. after replacing motherboard he found that it was not the problem of motherboard... and more over he guided to misguide the hp support on closure call by saying that their was fault in mother board which earlier existed... otherwise he'l be called and asked that irrespective of the fact motherboard was okay then why he replaced...

while he was performing his work he was on his personal phone call... he was so indulged in that what functions he run in system he himself forgot which resulted in some error... in the system due to which there was no display in system... he then accepted the fact that problem occurred because of him and he is personaly liable for that so he demanded one day to correct the fault... but after that he dissappeared like anything without giving the consumer call report... the replacement of motherboard was not reported in service center..

after hearing the above case service center gave no response took no particular action against that engineer against his negligence..

** To report back to the consumers is the duty of service center for appropriate action... but unfortunately we as consumers request them to kindly look into respective matters and... they behave irresponsibly... by saying at present there is no other call on your route so for just a single call we cant assign the engineer... so you have to wait..

** with almost every complaint a different issue arises...

from the hp support center to hp service centers to their engineers everyone can just shift problems to other department rather than taking responsibility to overcome that problem..

I don't know where should i go for help now..

From the date of purchase till now facing one o the other problem with the hp product, hp service... now regret buying HP product... highly dissatisfied with hp quality..

my work gets seriously effected due to in efficient machine at short intervals... because of the problems suffered due to HP service CAN'T EVER IN FUTURE RELY ON HP... o suggest anyone else for its products.
