I hereby request you to look in to the matter of case ID 2913992 with ticket no. : 8037087981. I Ramesh Jain partner of Shivoham Associates had bought HP OFFICE JET PRO 8500 around December they also had bought set of all 4 XL cartridges,
Complain had been registered - engineer visited and mention the problem with cartridges - visited RT Sourcing and received replacement via challan no. 059. dated 01-04. now engineer is mentioning the problem with HEAD.
I don’t know Product like HP have problem in just 2 month, your above service enter had not resolved my problem still now they are not properly replying and my printer is with you dealer at borivali (west) check mat
Now you just resolve the my problem and please reply me that your are going to solve my problem or u want to loose your customer
