I purchased hp compaq presario note book in Jun; on 19 Oct some keys of the laptop's key board stopped functioning. I took it to the authorised service center on 19 oct itself and was told that it requires replacement of key board which shall be done in two - three days. Eight days have passed & no action. I am a senior army officer being dealt with shabbily by the company. Not done bad show. I want my laptop back at the earliest - Col Pawan Bajaj, 7702713751
