HP Deskjet Printer D1600 unserviceable within the warranty period

Dear Sir,

I am Prashant Agrawal & I had purchased a HP deskjet printer D1600 in the month of May from Mumbai. The printer however, is unserviceable since the time of purchase and despite using new cartridges always shows ink levels to be low.
